The new website finally arrives..

It's taken a while, but the new and improved tothe92.co.uk has finally been launched. Over the past 6 months it's been a long and constant process of updating, amending, removing, re-admissioning and finally uploading.. Basically, it's been a pain in the arse!

Ok, so that may be a little wide of the mark but it's been much more time consuming than I ever gave it credit for being. I cant say I haven't enjoyed it though. It's incredible how much you can learn about one stadium when you really start to dig into the finer details and it becomes very rewarding when you see the finished article for the first time.

The process started back in January when I turned the first football teams webpage into the new ground guide. Alphabetically, this was Accrington Stanley and having visited recently for a game it made it much easier to write about and including my own experiences was something hot on my mind. There's a number of ground guides out and available for viewing these days but very few are kept upto date and even fewer are based on the designers own experience and knowledge. I don't claim to be an expert but my footballing travels have brought me to a number of interesting situations culminating in being offered a last minute ticket to the Fa Cup Final in May between Chelsea and Portsmouth. An opportunity too good for any fan to refuse. Cup final atmospheres are unlike anyother and as such, your days as a football fan cannot be complete until you've experienced one.

At the moment i'm requesting ground reviews from anyone that's been to a ground or seen a game at any of the 92 football league grounds in the past few months. The reviews will be posted online along with any pictures that accompany the review. So if you have a ground review or even just some basic advice on parking or the best away fans pubs drop me an email on info@tothe92.co.uk or complete the webform on the contact page of http://www.tothe92.co.uk/
